David Oh is a former District Attorney and a former Officer, U.S. Army 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne). In 2007 Mr. Oh ran for Philadelphia City Council At-Large, although he won on Election Day, he lost by 122 votes days later when absentee ballots were counted. Mr. Oh was endorsed by the Philadelphia Inquirer, The Philadelphia Tribune, The Northeast Times, and The Philadelphia Sunday Sun. Mr. Oh was also endorsed by the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce-Penn PAC, The Black Clergy of Philadelphia and Vicinity, Teamsters Joint Council No. 57, SEIU Pennsylvania State Council, United Food and Commercial Workers' Union Local 1776, Fraternal Order of Police, and the Gas Workers' Union local 686.
